Does this sound like you?

You do not need a flexible body or an expensive studio.

Sore knees, stiff mornings

Every stair and every long sit reminds you. You want to move without bracing for it.

Stress that will not switch off

Your mind races at night. You want to feel calm, not take on one more thing to get wrong.

Weight you want to shift

You have tried the crash plans. You want a steady habit your body can live with.

Priced out

Studio memberships add up fast. A daily habit should not cost a fortune.

Neha built her classes for exactly this. Clear, kind, and affordable enough to do every day.

Her story

She lived the change before she taught it.

Neha comes from a family that teaches yoga in the Himalayas. Her family follows Buddhism, and the lesson in her family never changed: the mind and the body are one practice, and you look after them together.

Her younger brother took up holistic living first, and he now holds holistic healing workshops in Leh, Ladakh. Watching how he changed the way he ate, slept, breathed and moved pulled her in. His journey changed hers. She took on the same habits, and her own health situation turned around.

Now she wants to bring that practice to the USA, every day, at a price that does not keep anyone out. The aim is simple: people who feel healthy and happy from the inside.

Where Neha helps most

Three things people come to her for.

Weight loss, knee pain and stress are where Neha's teaching is strongest. Each has its own set of poses, taught slowly and with options.

Healthy weight loss

Strong, flowing practice done daily, plus the mindful eating and sleep habits of holistic living. Steady changes that last.

  • Sun Salutationसूर्य नमस्कार
  • Warrior IIवीरभद्रासन
  • Boat Poseनावासन

Knee pain

Knee-friendly versions of every pose, with straps, blocks and cushions. Neha builds strength and ease around the joint without forcing it.

  • Bridge Poseसेतु बन्धासन
  • Reclined Hand-to-Toeसुप्त पादांगुष्ठासन
  • Mountain Poseताड़ासन

Stress and anxiety

Calming poses paired with slow breathing, so the body can tell the mind it is safe to settle.

  • Child's Poseबालासन
  • Legs Up the Wallविपरीत करणी
  • Final Restशवासन

Yoga supports your wellbeing and does not replace medical care. Talk to your doctor about weight, pain or anxiety, and tell Neha before class.

The poses

Every pose explained, so you know why you are doing it.

Clear instruction is Neha's signature. For every pose she explains the mechanics, the benefit, and the adjustment for your body. Three poses show how she teaches.

Level 1Mountain Pose

Tadasana

ताड़ासन

The pose every other pose is built on. It looks like standing still, and it trains how you stand all day.

  • Evens out your weight across both feet
  • Lengthens the spine and opens the shoulders when the arms rise
  • Gives a steady, clear start to any practice
How Neha teaches itShe starts at the soles of your feet and works upward, joint by joint, with the breath leading each lift.

Level 2Half Lotus Seat

Ardha Padmasana

अर्ध पद्मासन

A seat for stillness. It holds the spine upright so the breath can move freely and the mind can settle.

  • Opens the hips and ankles gradually
  • Supports longer breathing and meditation practice
  • Trains patience, which carries off the mat
How Neha teaches itCushions and blocks first. The knee is never forced, and each person finds the version that feels steady.

Level 3Supported Headstand

Sirsasana

शीर्षासन

The pose that rewards patience. It asks for strong shoulders, a steady core and a calm head.

  • Builds shoulder, arm and core strength
  • Sharpens balance and concentration
  • Gives a fresh view of your own fear and focus
How Neha teaches itOver weeks, with preparation poses and a wall first. It is taught only when you are ready, and she offers alternatives for anyone with neck concerns.

Her teaching approach

Precise instruction. Patient progression.

Rooted in a Buddhist family tradition where the mind and body are trained together.

Explain first

Every pose starts with what it does, why it matters and what you should feel. You understand the work before you do it.

Adapt to your body

Props, variations and knee-friendly options are built into every class, so no one is left behind or pushed past a limit.

Progress with intent

Levels build in order, from foundations to inversions. You advance when your body is ready, not on a schedule.

How it works

Three steps from curious to practicing.

1

Take a free class

Join in Atlanta or online. Neha will tell you which level suits you after you move with her.

2

Pick your plan

A single class, a pack, or a monthly plan for daily practice. Choose what fits your week and budget.

3

Practice every day

Short, steady sessions beat rare heroic ones. Your body and mind change from the inside.

Yoga levels

Start where you are. Climb at your own pace.

Three levels, taught in the same relaxed way. Every class includes options, so you can move up or ease off as your body asks.

1

Foundations

New to yoga, or coming back after a break.

Standing poses, simple breathing, and the alignment habits that keep you safe. Slow pace, clear explanations.

ताड़ासन
2

Flow and Stillness

You practice regularly and want more.

Linked sequences, longer holds, hip openers and seated meditation to quiet the mind after movement.

Arm balances, inversions and longer breathing practices, built step by step with Neha watching your progress.

Her community

Yoga keeps her young at mind and heart.

Look at Neha laughing through a cloud of Holi color and you see what daily practice does. Yoga keeps her curious, playful and light, and it keeps her heart open to people. She wants that for everyone in her classes: a mind that stays sharp and a heart that stays young at any age.

She taught her friends first, before any studio or website. Many came after watching her health change, and stayed because she explains each pose in plain words and tells them what it is doing for them. She has helped shape the lives of many of them, in how they move, how they rest and how they meet a hard week.

Questions

Before you book.

I have never done yoga. Is that okay?

Yes. Level 1 is made for you. Neha explains every pose from the ground up and shows an easier option for each one.

Do I need to be flexible?

No. Flexibility is something yoga builds over time. Come as you are.

Will I be asked to do a headstand?

Only if you want to, and only at Level 3 when you are ready. Neha builds up to it over weeks and offers alternatives for anyone with neck concerns.

What do I need to bring?

Comfortable clothes and a mat. If you do not have a mat yet, ask Neha before your first class.

Should I choose Atlanta or online?

Choose in person if you like practicing with others and hands-on guidance. Choose online if your schedule is tight or you live outside Atlanta. Many people try both in their free first class.

I have an injury or a health condition.

Tell Neha before class so she can suggest modifications, and check with your doctor if you are unsure. Yoga is not a substitute for medical care.
